Wanderlust DJ/producer Arodes has brought dancers together through music, far and wide. Arodes' upcoming Waves EP draws on vital elements to foment synergy between self, body, and surrounding. Guided by somatic drumming and the agile dynamism of water, 'Waves' cascades mesmerizing progressions, fluid resonance and wistful melodies. Igniting the element that substantially encompasses both human and earthly bodies, the title track inevitably touches the core, stimulating a diffusive continuity of motion. Anchoring at center, Arodes renders an effervescent interpretation of Sparrow & Barbossa and Nomvula SA's "Amore Profondo." Cradling Nomvula's devotional balladry in a sublime symphony of tender chords, sensual rhythms and coastal instrumentals, Arodes' remix sails through profound depths, rippling endless pulsations of the lithe and ever resilient force of love.
