For its 392nd release, MoBlack Records unveils a vessel to an alternate “Dimension,” and by
reining in four compelling artists who are grounded in African music’s nurturing but emerged
well-versed in the electronic music vernacular, the illusion becomes reality. Broadening the Afro
House genre’s ambit, South African artists Budda Sage, Froote and the dynamic duo, Kususa
(Kunzima Theology and Samurai Yasusa) convene, proffering a noir touch and true grit to lush
organic soundscapes, collectively constructing an immersive somatic experience that takes over
the body and stimulates the soul in tandem. Invigorated by the sensatory gratification of House,
the 6:51 minute flight pushes boundaries, transfusing penetrating tribal elements and euphoric
techno undulation to simulate a tangible realm, built on cosmic dreams but driven by human
emotions.
